Many of these are "forward orders" (that is, delivered some months after the order form is signed, to give time for the junior staff to have moved on). The first I know is when the bills start arriving. The scam artists know their trade well, and I am in court nexty week for the first of several such bills I have refused to pay. Ah yes, I get plenty of that, a pre-prepared order form shoved under the nose of the most junior staff, along with an admonishment to sign, THEN a pile of junk I don’t want turns up.
